Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has been dispatched.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Alkemico Pakistan delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad
  • Multan, Hyderabad, Quetta, Peshawar, Gujranwala
  • Sialkot, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Abbottabad, Mardan
  • And all other cities, towns, and rural areas across Pakistan

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Alkemico Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

We periodically offer free shipping promotions on orders above a minimum amount. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of these offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website or mobile app to monitor the status and location of your delivery in real time.

Packaging

All Alkemico Pakistan products are carefully packaged to prevent leakage, breakage, or damage during transit. We use sealed packaging and protective wrapping for liquid products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or leaking products, please take photographs and contact us immediately.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection from the nearest courier facility.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large bulk or wholesale orders, delivery timelines and shipping arrangements may differ.
