Returns

Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original, unopened condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products without original packaging or with damaged/removed labels
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@alkemicopakistan.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product
  • Your return request has been approved under the conditions above
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Methods

  • Bank transfer (if original payment was via bank transfer or cash on delivery)
  • Store credit / voucher (at customer's request)
  • Reversal to original payment method (for card payments)

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Unopened and in original condition, if you wish to exchange for a different size or variant

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alkemicopakistan.com with your order details and the reason for exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange dispatch of the replacement product once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alkemicopakistan.com
  • Include your order number and photographs in your message

We will assess your claim and, if valid, arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We take full responsibility for products damaged in transit or those with manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@alkemicopakistan.com with your order number.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, in accordance with our Returns Policy above.
