Cleaning Products FAQs
Answered by the Alkemico team in Korangi · Last updated September 2026
Everything people actually ask us before, during and after ordering — pricing, delivery, safety, and bulk supply for restaurants and businesses — answered in one place instead of buried across separate pages.
General Questions
The basics people usually ask before they've even placed their first order.
We're a real operation based in Mehran Town, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi — not a dropshipping storefront reselling someone else's bottles. You can call or WhatsApp +92 319 9788868 before you order, and our about page has the map to our actual location.
We formulate our own range of 8 products ourselves rather than repackaging someone else's cleaner under a new label. That's also why every product page can give you an exact dilution ratio instead of a vague "use as needed" — we know what's actually in the bottle.
In Pakistan, "dish soap" and "dishwash liquid" mean the same thing — a liquid for washing dishes by hand, like our own Washeez. The confusion usually comes from dishwasher detergent, which is a completely different product made for a machine, not for hand-washing — we don't make that, so if you're washing dishes by hand at a sink, dish soap and dishwash liquid are what you're looking for either way.
Two things, mainly: we tell you the exact dilution ratio instead of leaving you to guess, and we're a phone call or a WhatsApp message away if something's wrong with an order — not a customer service line routed through three countries.
Pricing & Delivery
What you'll actually pay, and when your order shows up.
Yes, on orders over Rs. 2,000, anywhere in Karachi. Under that, there's a small delivery charge that depends on your area — message us on WhatsApp with what you're ordering and we'll confirm the exact cost before you pay for anything.
Karachi orders are generally quickest since that's where we're based, in Mehran Town, Korangi Industrial Area. Other cities take a bit longer depending on courier schedules to that area — we'll give you a clear estimate for your specific order once you message us on WhatsApp, rather than a single number that doesn't hold true everywhere in the country.
Payment options can depend on your city. Message us on WhatsApp with your delivery address and we'll confirm what's available for your order before you commit to anything.
Since orders go through WhatsApp rather than an automated checkout, tracking works the same way — message the number you ordered from and we'll give you a status update directly, rather than a tracking page that may or may not be accurate.
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice, with a photo if it's a damage issue, and we'll sort it out — a replacement, a correction, or a refund depending on the situation. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full 7-day window.
Safety & Usage
How to use our products the right way, and what never to mix.
Yes, when diluted correctly in water as instructed on the bottle. Don't mop with undiluted phenyl — it's a concentrate, and using it neat wastes product without cleaning any better. Our own Mopeez page has the exact dilution ratio for daily mopping.
No. Don't mix acid-based cleaners with bleach-based ones, and don't combine products unless a label specifically says it's safe. Mixing cleaning chemicals can produce harmful fumes even when each product is safe on its own — this is one of the most common mistakes we see, especially when someone's trying to tackle a tough stain in a hurry.
No. Whitooz is an everyday toilet cleaner for regular use. Acidlt (Red Sweep) is a stronger, acid-based cleaner for tougher limescale — use it occasionally, and never combine it with Bleachit or any bleach-based product.
Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 319 9788868 and we'll sort out a return or exchange — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full 7-day window.
